The Free Kicks Project is a non-profit organization that makes physical activity and recreational sports accessible to underprivileged and underrepresented youth. 

Making sports accessible to all!

We are a student-led club at the University of Calgary who want to help young people take control of their lives and foster confidence and lifelong healthy habits no matter their circumstance. 

Currently, only 37.6% of youth and children in Canada are getting the recommended 60 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity per day.

Through our programs, we hope to build physical strength and mental resilience in youth and help them to build the habits necessary for lifelong health.
